NCI's new training strategy is outlined along with how training is evaluated and impact is measured. Through extensive internal polling the training team have identified a number of gaps. Based on the gaps an end-to-end learning journey has been created. The presentation also provides an overview of immediate, middle term and community impacts of training at NCI.
