Using the Kirpatrick Training Evaluation model in designing their training evaluation survey, Pawsey measure learning motivation (How did the participant respond to the training?), improved confidence of the learner (Did participants understand the training?) and were there any behavioual changes (How participants applied their new knowledge in practice?).
